Objectives: Seizures and status epilepticus (SE) are frequent complications of acute subdural hematoma (aSDH) associated with increased morbidity and mortality. Therefore, we aimed to evaluate whether invasive subdural electroencephalogram recording leads to earlier seizure detection and treatment initiation in patients with aSDH.
Design: Prospective, single-center, cohort trial.

Purpose: The aim of this guideline was to find evidence on whether carrying out Doppler examinations and CTGs in low-risk cohorts of pregnant women improves outcomes.
Methods: First, a systematic search for guidelines was carried out. Identified guidelines were evaluated using the DELPHI instrument of the AWMF.
Objective: The phenotypic and genotypic spectrum of adult patients with epilepsy and intellectual disability (ID) is less clear than in children. We investigated an adult patient cohort to further elucidate this and inform the genetic testing approach.
Methods: Fifty-two adult patients (30 male, 22 female) with epilepsy, at least mild ID and no known genetic or acquired cause were included and phenotyped.

Preterm birth is defined as a live birth before 37 weeks of gestation and is associated with increased neonatal morbidity and mortality. The aim of this study is to compare the efficacy of hexoprenaline and atosiban for short- and long-term tocolysis and their effects on neonatal and maternal outcomes. This retrospective cohort study included women with threatened preterm labor between 24 + 0 and 34 + 0 weeks of gestation without premature rupture of membranes.
