Hypertension continues to be the leading cause of death and disability in the industrialized world, with a high level of unawareness and unacceptably poor control rates. Therefore, the Argentinian Society of Hypertension, in association with the May Measurement Month (MMM) charity, implemented an awareness campaign during May 2021. A voluntary cross-sectional survey was carried out during the month of May 2021 in public spaces and health centres across 29 cities in Argentina.

Background: Patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) have a higher risk of developing colitis-associated colorectal cancer (CAC) with poor prognosis. IBD etiology remains undefined but involves environmental factors, genetic predisposition, microbiota imbalance (dysbiosis) and mucosal immune defects. Mesenchymal stromal cell (MSC) injections have shown good efficacy in reducing intestinal inflammation in animal and human studies.

This mutation leads to β-catenin aberrant accumulation and an uncontrolled proliferation. Apoptosis evasion, changes in the immune response and microbiota composition are also events that arise in CRC.

Most research has addressed this issue by studying Mars' large polar layered deposits (PLDs) as a paleoclimate proxy, but the certainty to which we know the link between climate and orbit is debated. Here, we instead consider the record of other, smaller ice deposits located within craters separated from the PLDs using images from NASA's High Resolution Imaging Science Experiment camera and signal processing techniques.

Active processes include impact cratering, aeolian sand and dust transport, a variety of slope processes, changes in polar ices, and diverse effects of seasonal CO frost. The extent of surface change has been surprising and indicates that the present climate is capable of reshaping the surface.
