This study aimed to develop and validate the belief-based PA questionnaire for young Saudi females (BPAQ-YSF) in Saudi Arabia, targeting women aged 18 to 35. Six experts first participated in the conceptual validation phase, while 8 reviewed the content validity. Cross-sectional validation was carried out using a test-retest design.

Skyrmions are particlelike vortices of magnetization with nontrivial topology, which are usually stabilized by Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interactions (DMI) in noncentrosymmetric bulk materials. Exceptions are centrosymmetric Gd- and Eu-based skyrmion-lattice (SL) hosts with zero DMI, where both the SL stabilization mechanisms and magnetic ground states remain controversial. We address these here by investigating both the static and dynamical spin properties of the centrosymmetric SL host Gd_{2}PdSi_{3} using muon spectroscopy.

Mechanisms of NLRP3 activation and inhibition elucidated by functional analysis of disease-associated variants.

The NLRP3 inflammasome is a multiprotein complex that mediates caspase-1 activation and the release of proinflammatory cytokines, including interleukin (IL)-1β and IL-18. Gain-of-function variants in the gene encoding NLRP3 (also called cryopyrin) lead to constitutive inflammasome activation and excessive IL-1β production in cryopyrin-associated periodic syndromes (CAPS). Here we present functional screening and automated analysis of 534 NLRP3 variants from the international INFEVERS registry and the ClinVar database.
