Diesel spills and nuclides pollution cause global ecosystem and human health problems. The remediation of contaminated soil using woody plants has received considerable attention. Differences in plant species and sex can lead to differences in tolerance to various stressors.

However, due to the complex flow characteristics of the liquid metal during the mould-filling process, there are significant differences in the mechanical properties of different parts of the casting. This paper analyses the effect of the high-speed ram transition position on porosity and mechanical properties of Al-Si-Mn-Mg aluminium alloys in the high-pressure die-casting (HPDC) process, comparing the 1160 mm and 1200 mm positions.

Although narcissism consistently predicts maladaptive behaviors, the relationship between narcissism and prosocial behavior remains controversial due to the paradoxical nature of narcissism. In three studies, we investigated the roles of situational and motivational factors in the link between narcissism and prosocial behavior. In Study 1 ( = 932), a questionnaire survey revealed that trait narcissism positively predicted prosocial behavior tendencies only in public situations as opposed to anonymous situations.

Characterizing these SVs in local domestic duck breeds from Shandong province offers valuable insights for breed selection and the development of new breeds. This study aimed to profile the genomic SVs in three local duck breeds (Matahu duck, Weishan partridge duck, and Wendeng black duck) and explore their differential distributions.
