Introduction: We sought to develop clinical guidelines within our multidisciplinary Breast Center to support decision-making for managing high-risk breast lesions. The objective is to describe the process used to develop these guidelines and assess perceived acceptability.
Methods: We recruited clinical stakeholders to identify key "high-risk" topics.
Primitive objects like comets hold important information on the material that formed our solar system. Several comets have been visited by spacecraft and many more have been observed through Earth- and space-based telescopes. Still our understanding remains limited.

Methods: Five of the 8 HARMONY phase 3 trials, comparing albiglutide with other therapies or placebo across a spectrum of clinical care, lasted for a preplanned 3years.
Cometary nuclei consist mostly of dust and water ice. Previous observations have found nuclei to be low-density and highly porous bodies, but have only moderately constrained the range of allowed densities because of the measurement uncertainties. Here we report the precise mass, bulk density, porosity and internal structure of the nucleus of comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko on the basis of its gravity field.
