This study investigates the extent to which prosocial nudging is instrumental in fostering spillover effects of prosocial behaviours among young adults. Also, it examines how the interplay of prosocial behavioural spillover and altruistic motives is shaped in a nudged environment. A longitudinal quasi-experimental study was conducted to test the hypothesized effects of prosocial nudging on young adults.

In the present work, glycine, the monomer -acryloylglycine (NAG), and polymeric units of poly[(-acryloylglycine)--(acrylamide)] p(NAG--Ac) are examined using density functional theory (DFT), and experimental evidence is provided for their use in the therapy of cancer with a poor prognosis. Glycine plays a pivotal role in cell survival, and most anti-cancer agents alter glycine metabolomics and suppress cancer cell proliferation. Herein, we have utilized Frontier Molecular Orbital theory (FMO), and the results revealed that the introduction of acrylamide/divinyl benzene into the glycine-based polymer increased its biological activity by lowering the energy band gap.

As cells transition between periods of growth and quiescence, their metabolic demands change. During this transition, cells must coordinate changes in mitochondrial function with the induction of biosynthetic processes. Mitochondrial metabolism and nucleotide biosynthesis are key rate-limiting factors in regulating early growth.

Study Design: An exploratory analysis of a randomized, double-blind, sham-controlled, phase 3 study.

Objective: To evaluate the impact of SI-6603 (condoliase) on health-related quality of life (HRQoL)-related outcomes in patients with lumbar disc herniation (LDH)-associated radicular leg pain from the Discovery 6603 study (NCT03607838).

Summary Of Background Data: Condoliase is a novel chemonucleolytic agent that selectively degrades chondroitin sulfate in the nucleus pulposus.

The science of endoscopic ear surgery is gaining popularity and increasing momentum with reported outcomes comparable to conventional microscopic ear surgery. Endoscopic ear surgery has numerous advantages including access to visualization of occult areas of middle ear like sinus tympani. The endoscopic transcanal mastoidectomy via conventional drilling technique(Inside-out) has also established itself as a successful procedure with excellent post-operative outcomes.
