Purpose: The Royal Netherlands Marechaussee, a branch of the Dutch Military, is characterised by a diverse range of mentally and physically demanding occupational tasks. The employability of the personnel depends on the balance between occupational demands and personal resources, which can be measured through the work ability score. Therefore, this study investigates personal and work-related determinants of work ability in a branch of the Dutch Military.

Background: Given that shoulder instability mostly affects young patients, it is likely that return to active duty (RTAD) is an important factor in the military population. However, knowledge on factors associated with failure to RTAD in this patient group following arthroscopic Bankart repair (ABR) and Latarjet is limited.
Purpose: The aims were to (1) assess RTAD rates following ABR and Latarjet (2) determine prognostic factors that are associated with failure to RTAD and (3) assess the degree of limitation in work performance due to shoulder complaints.
This Letter presents the first measurement of event-by-event fluctuations of the net number (difference between the particle and antiparticle multiplicities) of multistrange hadrons Ξ^{-} and Ξ[over ¯]^{+} and its correlation with the net-kaon number using the data collected by the ALICE Collaboration in pp, p-Pb, and Pb-Pb collisions at a center-of-mass energy per nucleon pair sqrt[s_{NN}]=5.02 TeV. The statistical hadronization model with a correlation over three units of rapidity between hadrons having the same and opposite strangeness content successfully describes the results.
