Head and neck cancer care was analysed in 2167 unselected patients for management compliance and outcome. Median age was 55 years, with a male to female ratio of 5.5ratio1.

Intracranial malignant cartilaginous tumors, not arising from the skull bones are a rare phenomenon, and few cases have been reported till date in literature. We hereby describe one such case treated by us.

Intracranial adenoid cystic carcinoma--a case report.

Adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) is a relatively common malignant neoplasm which occurs in the head and neck region, particularly in the salivary glands. It is a slow growing, locally aggressive neoplasm with a unique feature of perineural spread. Intracranial extension can occur by direct extension, hematogenous metastases or by perineural spread.

Pancreatic leiomyosarcoma in a middle-aged lady.

Leiomyosarcoma is an uncommon malignant tumour of the pancreas. Many retroperitoneal leiomyosarcomas grow silently and are extremely large when diagnosed. We report a 45 year old lady who presented with abdominal lump and haemoptysis.
