Aim And Objective: The present case report aims to describe the nonsurgical management of an anterior tooth with a blunderbuss canal and an open apex using mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA) under magnification.

Background: When pulp is traumatized before root formation, it results in pulpal necrosis, due to which dentin and root formation are interrupted. As a result, the canal remains broad due to thin and fragile dentin walls leading to the open apex.

We study the bounded consensus tracking problem for the heterogeneous multiagent system composed of single- and double-integrator agents in the presence of diverse communication and input delays. The objective is to ensure bounded tracking when only a portion of agents has access to the desired trajectory while agents interact with each other through a directed communication network. To achieve this goal, we propose a protocol consisting of a consensus-based trajectory estimator followed by a controller tracking the estimated trajectory for each agent.

Harmonicity of natural frequencies is investigated for a string vibrating against a finite bridge mounted on a flexible plate. This coupled system is akin to the vibration of strings in musical instruments like the sitar, where the top plate is approximated as a clamped circular plate. The bridge is assumed to be parabolic and rigidly attached to the plate at one point.

In early 2013, several outpatients at Sitaram Bhartia Institute of Science and Research in New Delhi, India complained that their laboratory results were not ready at the promised time. We reviewed the data for 3 months and learnt that 16% of outpatient results were not ready when patients returned to receive them. We formed a multidisciplinary team to fix the problem.
