Objectives: The objective of this study is to explore how the UK versus the USA compare in patient characteristics, treatment patterns and overall survival (OS) of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (aNSCLC) initiating first-line (1L) treatment.
Design: Retrospective cohort study.
Setting: Oncology treatment centres in the USA and UK.
In causal inference, the correct formulation of the scientific question of interest is a crucial step. The purpose of this study was to apply causal inference principles to external control analysis using observational data and illustrate the process to define the estimand attributes. This study compared long-term survival outcomes of a pooled set of three previously reported randomized phase 3 trials studying patients with metastatic non-small cell lung cancer receiving front-line chemotherapy and similar patients treated with front-line chemotherapy as part of routine clinical care.

Group 11 thin films are desirable as interconnects in microelectronics. Although many M-N-bonded Cu precursors have been explored for vapor deposition, there is currently a lack of suitable Ag and Au derivatives. Herein, we present monovalent Cu, Ag, and Au 1,3-di--butyltriazenides that have potential for use in vapor deposition.

Herein, we study the deposition of InO by thermal atomic layer deposition (ALD) using our recently reported indium(III) triazenide precursor and HO. A temperature interval with self-limiting growth was found between ∼270 and 385 °C with a growth per cycle of ∼1.
