Muscle-pedicle grafts or muscle-pedicle-bone grafts in the treatment of avascular necrotic femoral heads.

The paper is a microangiographic study of the revascularisation of experimentally devascularised femoral heads in rabbits. We examined the revascularisation process in muscle pedicles implanted into the devascularised femoral heads. Two forms of pediculated grafts were used: muscle-pedicle grafts and muscle-bone-pedicle grafts.

[An unusual case of congenital trigger finger].

A rare case of the congenital digitus saltans is discussed. The differences between the more frequent adult form and the congenital form are reviewed according to the clinical signs. The literature is reviewed.

[Unusual familial case of epiphyseolysis capitis femoris lenta].

A rare case of familial slipped capital femoral epiphysis is discussed. Of total five siblings four were affected. All the cases, except one boy, were treated in the Orthopaedic Department of the Medical University Pécs.

[Management of calcaneonavicular coalition and results].

26 cases of calcanconavicular coalitions were treated by resection of the calcanconavicular bar. The endresults were markedly influenced by the age at surgery, while there was no difference between the "bone" and "cartilage" group. The coalition must be recognised if someone examinates a rigid flatfoot.
