Objectives: We evaluated the treatment responses associated with different antipsychotics in DI patients.
Methods: We undertook a multicentre, retrospective observational study using anonymised electronic patient records from two hospitals in the United Kingdom from 1 January 2011 to 1 January 2023.

To systematically identify relevant studies, an extensive search strategy was devised. We conducted comprehensive searches in major electronic databases including PubMed, Embase, PsycINFO, and Cochrane Library.
