Purpose: The aim of this study was to assess patient exposure data and operator dose in coronary interventional procedures, when considering patient body-mass index and procedure complexity.

Methods: Total air kerma area product (P), Air-Kerma (AK), Fluoroscopy time (FT), operator dose and patient body-mass index (BMI) from 97 patients' procedures (62 coronary angiography (CA) and 35 Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) were collected for one year. Research Question: Is active smoking among donors, recipients and male partners associated with oocyte donation cycle outcomes, in donors and recipients?

Design: Retrospective cohort over a 4-year period including 4747 oocyte recipients and partners, and 3101 oocyte donors. All oocyte donation cycles were carried out between 2010 and 2014, and for whom donor, recipient and male partner smoking status at the time of treatment were known.

Results: Ovarian response was significantly reduced in oocyte donors who smoked compared with those who did not: 13.

While the incidence of clinical varicocele is common in infertile men (about 40%), the reasons why varicocele may affect sperm parameters is still unclear. In addition, the improvement of fertility after treatment of varicocele is also a subject of debate. The purpose of this review is to get new insight into the physiopathology of varicocele, its impact on sperm parameters and the effectiveness of varicocele treatment on fertility.
