Stanford A aortic dissection is one of the most devastating acute medical conditions due to its high morbidity and mortality. We describe a 77-year-old male patient with a medical history of surgical aortic valve replacement with a still functioning Starr-Edwards caged-ball valve 40 years prior. The patient was promptly diagnosed with an ascending aortic aneurysm and dissection, and an emergency Bentall procedure in deep hypothermic circulatory arrest was performed.

Segmentation is a critical step in analyzing the developing human fetal brain. There have been vast improvements in automatic segmentation methods in the past several years, and the Fetal Brain Tissue Annotation (FeTA) Challenge 2021 helped to establish an excellent standard of fetal brain segmentation. The study's main objective is to assess and evaluate the models of socioeconomic determinants of environmental efficiency in the European Union countries from 2010 to 2018. The two-step data envelopment analysis is implemented, using both constant and variable returns to scale assumption.
