Tomato Yellow Leaf Curl Virus (TYLCV) is one of the most devastating pathogens of tomato, worldwide. Nicotiana benthamiana is predominantly distributed in arid habitats across northern Australia. However, none of six geographically isolated accessions shows obvious xerophytic morphological features.
