Metabolic variation across pathogenic bacterial strains can impact their susceptibility to antibiotics and promote the evolution of antimicrobial resistance (AMR). However, little is known about how metabolic mutations influence metabolism and which pathways contribute to antibiotic susceptibility. Here, we measured the antibiotic susceptibility of 15,120 Escherichia coli mutants, each with a single amino acid change in one of 346 essential proteins.

Here, we introduce intact protein barcoding, a method to measure protein-based library barcodes and metabolites using flow injection mass spectrometry (FI-MS). Protein barcodes are based on ubiquitin with N-terminal tags of six amino acids.

Objective: Real-world evidence on the adoption of different pharmacological strategies in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) in Latin America is scarce. Herein, we describe real-world sociodemographic, clinical characteristics, and different therapeutic approaches used in patients with IBD in Argentina.
Methods: RISE AR (NCT03488030) was a multicenter, non-interventional study with a cross-sectional evaluation and a 3-year retrospective chart review conducted in Argentina.
The NA62 experiment at CERN, configured in beam-dump mode, has searched for dark photon decays in flight to electron-positron pairs using a sample of 1.4×10^{17} protons on dump collected in 2021. No evidence for a dark photon signal is observed.

Here, we constructed a CRISPR library with 15,120 Escherichia coli mutants, each with a single amino acid change in one of 346 essential proteins. 1,269 of these mutants showed temperature-sensitive growth in a time-resolved competition assay.
