Background And Purpose: Psoriasis is a chronic, immune-mediated inflammatory skin disease that significantly impacts patients' quality of life. The integration of telepharmacy has the potential to enhance patient care by providing flexible and personalized pharmaceutical follow-up. This study (TELEPROM Psoriasis) evaluates a telepharmacy model for evaluating electronic Patient-Reported outcomes (ePROMs) for individuals with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis in Spain with biological treatment.

This heterogeneity evidences significant challenges for diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment. Traditional genomic co-expression network analyses often overlook individual-specific interactions critical for personalized medicine.

Method: Longitudinal, multicentre, and unidisciplinary descriptive observational study, carried out by the Immune-mediated Inflammatory Diseases Working Group of the Spanish Society of Hospital Pharmacy through a virtual survey in 2019 and 2021. Variables were collected regarding coordination, resources, biosimilars, unmet needs, and telepharmacy.
Different convergent evolutionary strategies adopted by angiosperm fruits lead to diverse functional seed dispersal units. Dry dehiscent fruits are a common type of fruit, characterized by their lack of fleshy pericarp and the release of seeds at maturity through openings (dehiscence zones, DZs) in their structure. In previous decades, a set of core players in DZ formation have been intensively characterized in Arabidopsis and integrated in a gene regulatory network (GRN) that explains the morphogenesis of these tissues.
