[Autoimmune hemolytic anemia and Hodgkin's disease].

The authors report 2 cases of autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AHA) and Hodgkin disease. The Hodgkin disease often precedes AHA. Most patients are found to have extensive disease; histologic features are classified as being of high grades of malignancy (mixed cellularity and nodular sclerosis types).
