Cervicofacial actinomycosis being one of the unusual infections is of high relevance to a head and neck onco-surgeon. As the diagnosis may be made difficult by its nature to mimic malignancy and egregiously low culture sensitivity, the differential diagnosis for a lesion appearing to be malignant after irradiation does not usually include actinomycotic infection. Treatment usually requires a long-term antibiotic course after confirmation with histopathology, albeit surgical debridement is required in selective cases.

It is a vital stain used intra operatively during cataract surgery to stain the external surface of the anterior lens capsule for better visualization.
Aim: To analyze the histomorphological effects of trypan blue on Lens Epithelial cells and the Basement Membrane on direct exposure by staining the internal surface of the anterior lens capsule during Small Incision Cataract Surgery.
Presenting a case of endometrioid adenocarcinoma of the endometrium, benign cystic teratoma of one ovary, fibrothecoma in the other ovary and adenomyosis in the uterus. Such a combination of synchronous lesion is very rare and is not reported in the English medical literature.

Sarcomatoid carcinoma in the upper urinary tract is very rare. We reported here a case of sarcomatoid carcinoma of renal pelvis with osteosarcomatous differentiation, with involvement of the ureter and renal parenchyma in a 68-year-old female.

It is exceptional for patients to present with metastasis prior to the detection of primary tumor in the pleura. Here, we report a case of malignant mesothelioma of pleura in a 65-year-old quarry worker where the initial diagnosis was offered by fine needle aspiration of an enlarged supraclavicular lymph node.
