Background: The purpose of the current study was to report a case with 45,X/46,XY/46,X,idic(Yp) mosaicism showing the male phenotype with mixed gonadal dysgenesis.

Case Presentation: A 27 year-old individual, phenotypically male, presented with azoospermia and a micropenis. Both testes were not visualized in the scrotal sac.

Background: The heterogeneity of symptoms and ineffective treatment raise questions about the current diagnostic criteria of fibromyalgia (FM). Misdiagnosis of FM often leads to less than efficacious treatment and poor quality of life.

Objective: This article reviews relevant evidence-based literature on personality traits in FM patients with an autonomic dysfunction perspective based on a hierarchical model to explain the utility of considering the personality trait in FM diagnosis.

A major concern during the COVID-19 pandemic has been the shortage of manpower for patient care. The recommendation of various authorised bodies encouraged the training of students from medical, nursing, and allied fields to manage COVID-19 cases by tele-consultation and monitoring of mild cases under the supervision of faculty. Anticipating a further shortage of human resources, leading to dire consequences, preparedness training for the final year and pre-final nursing undergraduates was initiated.
