Objective: Cancer cachexia is progressive weight loss due to muscle/adipose tissue wasting and inadequate intake that occurs in response to malignancy. It is an independent predictor of disease recurrence and reduced survival in several cancers. However, cachexia's relationship with gynecologic malignancy outcomes has only been examined in small studies with limited follow-up and inconsistent definitions of cachexia.

These tumors, composed of myofibroblasts and inflammatory cells, are often confused for a local infection due to the inflammatory cell infiltration, and they form in mucosal surfaces but rarely arise in the orbit. We present the case of a 6-year-old girl with excisional biopsy-confirmed conjunctival stromal IMT.

In previous works, we showed that incorporating individual airways as organs-at-risk (OARs) in the treatment of lung stereotactic ablative radiotherapy (SAbR) patients potentially mitigates post-SAbR radiation injury. However, the performance of common clinical dose calculation algorithms in airways has not been thoroughly studied. Airways are of particular concern because their small size and the density differences they create have the potential to hinder dose calculation accuracy.
