According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, it clears heat and toxic materials and regulates liver function. Accumulating evidence has demonstrated that polysaccharides from the genus Chrysanthemum, especially Chrysanthemum morifolium, Chrysanthemum indicum, and Coreopsis tinctoria, are vital representative macromolecules with diverse biological activities, including antioxidant, immunomodulatory, anti-inflammatory, hypoglycemic, antitumor, and antiviral properties as well as the ability to regulate the gut microbiota.

Methods: The PubMed, Embase and Cochrane Library databases were searched for relevant publications until March 2024. All studies evaluating the head-to-head diagnostic performance of imaging modalities in CP were included.
Ethnopharmacological Relevance: Yanghe Decoction(YHD) is a traditional Chinese medicine compound known for its efficacy in treating osteoarthritis (OA).
Aim Of The Study: We aimed to explore the underlying mechanisms of YHD in relation to OA.
Materials And Methods: UHPLC-MS technology was used to identify the material basis of YHD.
Chemotherapy, a primary method of cancer treatment, has been limited in clinical application due to its lack of specificity and tumor multidrug resistance, resulting in numerous undesired side effects. Herein, a small molecule conjugate, TDK-HCPT, was designed and synthesized, which could target tumor cells and prolong the retention of chemotherapy agents within tumor cells. Moreover, a similarly designed control system, TDK-Nap, has been developed as well to enable cancer cell imaging.
