Nano-sized high-entropy materials (HEMs) recently received more attention to researchers due to their superior electrochemical catalytic properties. HEMs comprise at least five elements with or without metals and are synthesized through solid-state reactions and solution-mediated techniques. The presence of many elements in these HEMs result in a high mixing entropy and facilitates the formation of stable solid solutions in fundamental crystal structures.

Seroprevalence of Measles Antibodies Among Migrant Populations: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis.

Incomplete or interrupted vaccination schedules put migrant communities at higher risk for measles, which remains a serious public health concern. The objective of this systematic review was to evaluate the pooled seroprevalence of measles antibodies among migrant groups globally and offer data to guide public health initiatives. Our literature search included PubMed, Scopus, and Embase databases, covering publications from 1990 to 2023, and was systematically refined using specific inclusion and exclusion criteria.

The Ras GTPase-activating protein SH3-domain-binding protein 1 (G3BP1) serves as a formidable barrier to viral replication by generating stress granules (SGs) in response to viral infections. Interestingly, viruses, including SARS-CoV-2, have evolved defensive mechanisms to hijack SG proteins like G3BP1 for the dissipation of SGs that lead to the evasion of the host's immune responses. Previous research has demonstrated that the interaction between the NTF2-like domain of G3BP1 (G3BP1) and the intrinsically disordered N-terminal domain (NTD-N) of the N-protein plays a crucial role in regulating viral replication and pathogenicity.

Modified Atkins Diet versus low glycemic index treatment in children with drug-resistant epilepsy: A systematic review and meta-analysis.

Introduction: Both the Modified Atkins Diet (MAD) and Low Glycemic Index Treatment(LGIT) are considered less restrictive than the ketogenic diet and effective in children with drug-resistant epilepsy(DRE). Several randomized controlled trials (RCTs) have compared these two diets.

Methods: All RCTs directly comparing MAD and LGIT for DRE were included in the review.
