Crystallinity, stability, and complexity are significant factors to consider in the design and development of covalent organic frameworks (COFs). Among various building blocks used, 1,3,5-triformylphloroglucinol (Tp) is notable for enhancing both crystallinity and structural stability in COFs. This study aimed to evaluate the role of ultrasound-guided intra-articular platelet-rich plasma (PRP)-rich fluid injection which was obtained through serial centrifugation in the treatment of meniscal injuries resulting from sports activities. A prospective study was conducted involving 54 cases with grade I, II, and III meniscal injuries, aged 18 and 43 years.

Various methods have been described and studied in the literature for infected non-union of femur which includes bone transport by fixators (ring fixators/monolateral frames) and by Masquelet method.
Objectives: To study the clinical and radiological outcomes and study the effect on quality of life by patient-reported outcomes (EQ5D5L) and VAS (Visual Analog Scale) score in patients of infected non-union of distal femur managed with combination of Masquelet method and Ilizarov ring fixator.
Rationale: Early mortality in intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) is due to hematoma volume (HV) expansion, and there are no effective treatments available other than reduction in blood pressure. Tranexamic acid (TXA) a hemostatic drug that is widely available and safe can be a cost-effective treatment for ICH, if proven efficacious.
