Bedsores, or decubitus ulcers, are a very serious health problem in our society which has more elderly people all the time. Clinical files, whether they record preventive care or actual treatment and follow-up analysis of results, are a challenge for nursing practice. Therefore, the authors developed a simple, easy to use and fill out document: a "File to record the evolution, care and treatment of bedsores".
