In this manuscript, we report on the paramagnetic HoO-based synaptic resistive random-access memory device for the implementation of neuronal functionalities such as long-term potentiation, long-term depression and spike timing dependent plasticity respectively. The plasticity of the artificial synapse is also studied by varying pulse amplitude, pulse width, and pulse interval. In addition, we could classify handwritten Modified National Institute of Standards and Technology data set (MNIST) using a fully connected neural network (FCN).

We report on the-FeO-based artificial synaptic resistive random access memory device, which is a promising candidate for artificial neural networks (ANN) to recognize the images. The device consists of a structure Ag/-FeO/FTO and exhibits non-volatility with analog resistive switching characteristics. We successfully demonstrated synaptic learning rules such as long-term potentiation, long-term depression, and spike time-dependent plasticity.

Review Methods: After protocol registration, the data sources were searched for randomised and non-randomised studies comparing neuraxial or regional anaesthesia with general anaesthesia for lower limb revascularisation surgery in adults.

Patients with widespread atherosclerosis such as peripheral artery disease (PAD) have a high risk of cardiovascular and limb symptoms and complications, which affects their quality of life and longevity. Over the past 2 decades there have been substantial advances in diagnostics, pharmacotherapy, and interventions including endovascular and open surgical to aid in the management of PAD patients. To summarize the evidence regarding approaches to diagnosis, risk stratification, medical and intervention treatments for patients with PAD, guided by the Grading of Recommendations, Assessment, Development, and Evaluation (GRADE) framework, evidence was synthesized, and assessed for quality, and recommendations provided-categorized as weak or strong for each prespecified research question.

Objectives: Ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm (rAAA) is a life-threatening condition, and rapid diagnosis is necessary to facilitate early surgical intervention. We sought to evaluate the accuracy of presenting symptoms, physical examination signs, computed tomography with angiography (CTA), and point-of-care ultrasound (PoCUS) for diagnosis of rAAA.
