Spin glass is the simplest disordered system that preserves the full range of complex collective behavior of interacting frustrating elements. In the paper, we propose a novel approach for calculating the values of thermodynamic averages of the frustrated spin glass model using custom deep neural networks. The spin glass system was considered as a specific weighted graph whose spatial distribution of the edges values determines the fundamental characteristics of the system.

We study the residual entropy of the nearest-neighbor spin-ice model in a magnetic field along the [111] direction using the Wang-Landau Monte Carlo method, with a special attention to dilution effects. For a diluted model, we observe a stepwise decrease of the residual entropy as a function of the magnetic field, which is consistent with the finding of the five magnetization plateaus in a previous replica-exchange Monte Carlo study by Peretyatko et al. [Phys.

Different doses of sodium nitrite were studied for their action in acute and chronic experiments on rats. Nitrite (NaNO2) hypoxia in rats was simulated to show how the methemoglobin (MtHb) level in blood depends on NaNO2 doses and the method of introduction. Lethal and sublethal doses of NaNO2 (50% of MtHb and more) promoted a decrease of lipid peroxidation (LP) in the liver microsomes, while the average and easy level of hypoxia activated it.
