Aim of this study was to assess the influence of intermitted negative pressure (INP) therapy on the foot microcirculation in patients with no-option CLTI. CLTI patients defined as no option for revascularization on the basis of an interdisciplinary vascular board decision (interventional radiology, vascular surgery) were included in this study. Materials And Methods: DSCT was applied in 118 cases between January 2012 and October 2014 for diagnostics of congenital heart defects.
Access and maintenance of competitive employment represent a challenge for people with mental health problems. Effective methods to support employment attain only a fraction of people who wish to re-enter the labour market. The objective of the article is to describe the development of a service to support competitive employment for mental disorders in collaboration between public psychiatry, disability insurance and social welfare.
View Article and Find Full Text PDFThis clinical trial aimed at studying the medium term performance in routine clinical practice of drop-shaped Class II resin composite restorations. 111 preparations were completed with the Sonicsys micro-tips (KaVo) and filled with either of two light-cured composites (Tetric Flow, Tetric Ceram, Vivadent, Schaan, Liechtenstein) by 11 dentists in a university clinic. The restorations were evaluated after half a year and then annually, using the US Public Health Service criteria.
