Background: Prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) is vital for embryo implantation and decidualization. Whether COX2/mPGES1/PGE2 pathway is essential for mouse and human decidualization remains unclear.
Results: This study showed that mPGES1 was highly expressed in the mouse uterus's subluminal stromal cells at the implantation site.
With the rapid development of Internet of Things (IoT) technology, embedded devices in various computer vision scenarios can realize real-time target detection and recognition tasks, such as intelligent manufacturing, automatic driving, smart home, and so on. YOLOv8, as an advanced deep learning model in the field of target detection, has attracted much attention for its excellent detection speed, high precision, and multi-task processing capability. However, since IoT embedded devices typically own limited computing resources, direct deployment of YOLOv8 is a big challenge, especially for real-time detection tasks.

In this work, 4',4'',4‴,4‴'-(1,1,2,2-Ethenetetrayl)tetra(4-biphenylcarbaldehyde) (ETBC) as AIEgen was used to prepare AIE-COF (ET-COF-COOH) luminescent nanoprobe. ETBC and 1,3,5-Tris(4-aminophenyl)benzene (TAPB) had an extended π electronic system that allowed electron delocalization and overlapping transport.

A fully automated thermal desorber (TD) coupled with highly selective and sensitive gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS) was used to determine the concentration of trace level PAHs. Air sampling was conducted to tune the sampling and analytical conditions.

Compared to the traditional matrix 2,5-dihydroxybenzoic acid (DHB) and previously reported oligonucleotide-specific matrices, such as 3-aminopicolinic acid (3-APA), 3-hydroxypicolinic acid (3-HPA), and 6-aza-2-thiothymine (ATT), the 3-AQ/THAP matrix offers several advantages. It produces fewer alkali metal adduct peaks, exhibits higher sensitivity, and ensures better spot-to-spot repeatability.
