Background: Current research highlights the importance of addressing multiple risk factors concurrently to tackle the complex etiology of dementia. However, limited evidence exists on the efficacy of technology-driven, multidomain community-based interventions for preventing cognitive decline.

Objectives: To evaluate the efficacy of ADL+, an artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled digital toolkit integrating cognitive assessments and multidomain interventions, on outcomes of cognitive function, activity levels, and quality of life in older adults at risk of cognitive decline.

Purpose: Cognitive frailty (CF) is the co-existence of cognitive impairment and physical frailty without dementia, conferring greater risks of adverse clinical outcomes compared to either condition alone. However, the impact of physical frailty components on cognitive performance remains unclear. This study aims to evaluate CF by determining the neuropsychological profiles, functional outcomes, activity levels, and quality of life across the Fried Frailty Phenotype (FFP) and its components.

Mitral regurgitation assessment by cardiovascular magnetic resonance imaging during continuous in-scanner exercise: a feasibility study.

Purpose: Exercise imaging using current modalities can be challenging. This was patient focused study to establish the feasibility and reproducibility of exercise-cardiovascular magnetic resonance imaging (EX-CMR) acquired during continuous in-scanner exercise in asymptomatic patients with primary mitral regurgitation (MR).

Methods: This was a prospective, feasibility study.
