Blau syndrome (BS) is a rare autoinflammatory granulomatosis characterized by granulomatous arthritis, uveitis, and dermatitis. Ocular complications are particularly severe in BS, significantly contributing to morbidity. Indirect RIs can address this problem, using existing clinical laboratory databases from real-world data research.
