Mandibular primary osteoplasty using orthotopic allografts.

This article is based on our results of 30-years experience in primary mandibular reconstruction using orthotopic allografts in 680 patients. Good and satisfactory outcome was achieved in 573 cases and unsatisfactory outcome in 62 (9.8%).
