Background: Management of Diabetic Macular edema (DME) requires repeated injections. Therefore newer Anti-VEGFs like Brolucizumab with longer durability have been introduced. We compared two different dosages of Brolucizumab, 6.

Due to the low specificity and solubility of drug molecules, patients often require high dosages to achieve the desired therapeutic effects. Silica nanoparticles (SiNPs) can effectively deliver therapeutic agents to targeted sites in the body, addressing these challenges.

Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor (BDNF), a key regulator of neuroplasticity and neuronal survival, has emerged as a critical biomarker for various neurodegenerative and psychiatric disorders, including Alzheimer's disease. Traditional diagnostic methods, such as Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) and electrochemiluminescence (ECL) assays, face limitations in terms of sensitivity, stability, reproducibility, and cost-effectiveness.

The present study reports toxicological evaluation of three imidazo based heterocyclic derivatives which are currently being investigated for their potential anticancer activity. Compounds IG-01-007, IG-01-008, and IG-01-009 were assessed for cytotoxicity, hemolysis, and DNA fragmentation activity.

It leads to serious complications, such as massive hemorrhage requiring massive transfusion, coagulopathy, bladder and ureteric injuries, need for intensive care unit admission and prolonged hospital stay. To reduce the complications of cesarean hysterectomy for placenta accreta spectrum disorder, ongoing efforts are being made to develop different surgical approaches.
