[Mild and latent forms of coagulopathy and thrombocytopathy in surgical practice].

The most characteristic hemorrhagic signs and frequency of their occurrence in mild and latent forms of coagulopathy and thrombocytopathy were analyzed. Recommendations were formulated on the diagnosis, treatment and prophylaxis of hemorrhagic syndrome during and after operation conduction.

[Surgical treatment of hemolytic anemia].

Splenectomy was done in 448 patients with various forms of hemolytic anemia. Recovery was noted in 362 patients (of them 143 children) with hereditary microspherocytic hemolytic anemia (HMHA). Of 8 patients with hereditary nonmicrospherocytic hemolytic anemia (HNMHA) one died, in 7 general status had improved.

[Treatment of acute ulcerous gastroduodenal hemorrhage].

Basic principles of infusion-transfusional therapy, methods of endoscopic hemostasis as well as indications for surgical treatment of acute hemorrhagic ulcers of the stomach and the duodenum are presented. If is stated that valid use of endoscopic methods of hemostasis provides possibility for temporal hemostasis in 70% of patients. It endoscopic hemostasis is ineffective in hemorrhage from ulcer or in recurrent hemorrhage it is recommended to perform urgent surgical interventions.
