As COVID-19 halted traditional neuropsychological assessment due to infection risk, neuropsychologists considered alternative practice models. Cognitive stabilization intervention (CSI) via telehealth, was developed to stabilize cognition in advance of neuropsychological assessment. It incorporates elements of evidence-based treatments, including cognitive training, sleep training, and medication adherence training within a motivational interview framework.

Caring for healthcare providers in COVID-19.

There is concern for the mental health of healthcare providers during the COVID-19 pandemic. In this article, we focus on the protective strategies that all people, but in this case healthcare providers, use when facing danger and how specific preventive responses could reduce the mental health burden to nurses, doctors, and emergency medical personnel working in hospitals. Our primary contributions are to demonstrate that healthcare providers are not a homogeneous group regarding mental health risks and that, consequently, individuals might need different forms of preventive and ameliorative response.

CCPP's contribution to the maturing of the DMM.

Over a decade, CCPP published many articles, a special issue and two special sections that enabled the DMM to become established as an alternative to both attachment disorganization and psychiatric diagnoses. New clinical authors from many countries contributed to an empirical set of assessment validity studies and findings regarding troubled and highrisk children and families. The outcome was a validated life-span series of assessments of attachment, a coherent body of important clinical findings, especially regarding school-aged children, and family functional formulations as laying the basis for DMM Integrative Treatment.
