Aim: The present study aims to investigate the outcomes of Percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in patients with Rheumatoid arthritis (RA).
Methods: A systemic search was conducted from electronic databases (PubMed/Medline, Cochrane Library, and Google Scholar) from inception to 15 September 2023. All statistical analyses were conducted using Review Manager 5.
The present study investigated the linkage between days to flowering (DTF) and growth habit (GH) in pigeonpea using QTL mapping, QTL-seq, and GWAS approaches. The linkage map developed here is the largest to date, spanning 1825.56 cM with 7987 SNP markers.

View Article and Find Full Text PDFObjectives: For men ages 65-75 without a smoking history and for women ages 65-75 with a smoking history, the US Preventative Service Task Force recommends that primary care providers (PCP) use their clinical judgement when offering abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) screening. This study describes the trends in screening for these cohorts, identify factors that may influence screening rates, and compare outcomes between screened and unscreened patients.
Methods: The TriNetX population database was queried for subjects with routine PCP visit between ages 65-75 from 2007-2023 to create cohorts of male smokers, male non-smokers, and female smokers.
Isocitrate dehydrogenase (IDH) mutant gliomas are classified as astrocytoma or oligodendroglioma based on the recent application of mutation, mutation, and 1p/19q co-deletion. Astrocytomas classically show and mutations, whereas oligodendrogliomas are defined by 1p/19q co-deletion. However, there are reports of gliomas that harbor both astrocytoma and oligodendroglioma morphologically and molecularly.
