Introduction: Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICI) have improved outcomes in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Nevertheless, the clinical benefit of ICI as monotherapy or in combination with chemotherapy remains widely varied and existing biomarkers have limited predictive value. We present an analysis of ENLIGHT-DP, a novel transcriptome-based biomarker directly from histopathology slides, in patients with lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) treated with ICI and platinum-based chemotherapy.

Hypofractionated (HF) radiation therapy has emerged as a promising alternative to conventional fractionation (CF) schedules, offering comparable efficacy with reduced treatment duration and costs. However, concerns remain regarding its safety and rate of toxicity, particularly in patients undergoing mastectomy with breast reconstruction.

Materials And Methods: The described PT system delivers protons with a water equivalent range between 4 and 38 cm in 1800 energy layers. The fixed beam delivery permits a maximum field size of 28 × 30 cm.
Purpose: Cranial Nerve Neuropathies (CNNs) often accompany Cavernous Sinus Meningioma (CSM), for which Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS) or fractionated stereotactic radiotherapy (FSR) are established treatments. This study assesses CNNs recovery in CSM patients treated with LINAC, offering insight into treatment effectiveness.
Methods: This study was conducted on 128 patients with CSM treated with LINAC-based SRS/FSR between 2005 and 2020 at a single institution.
