Primary CNS lymphomas (PCNSLs) constitute 3% of all intracranial neoplasms. From these, primary pituitary lymphomas (PPLs) represent extremely rare clinical entity. Nearly all of PCNSLs are non-Hodgkin diffuse large B-cell lymphomas.
