Background: The Trans.IT database is a national gastrointestinal (GI) endoscopy database developed in 2012. It automatically collects anonymous data from GI endoscopy procedures in a centralized database.

Objectives: Occupational health challenges are changing, emphasising the need for a more comprehensive approach. Design: A cross-sectional survey study using results from the Virta1 randomised controlled trial and a third-party well-being questionnaire database.
