Background: The evidence base for the relationship between psychosocial work factors and mental health focuses primarily on the general working population but little is known about young workers. The aim of this qualitative study is to identify psychosocial work factors that affect the mental health of young workers, with a focus on (1) novel factors of the psychosocial work environment that are relevant for young workers but have not been described in the literature and (2) experiences of psychosocial work factors associated with mental health that are specific to and typical for young workers.

Methods: Semi-structured interviews were held with 36 workers aged up to 30.

Objectives: This study aims to assess the heterogeneity of psychosocial working conditions of young workers by identifying subgroups of work characteristic configurations within young workers and to assess these subgroups' associations with emotional exhaustion.

Design: Latent class analysis. Groups were formed based on 12 work characteristics (8 job demands and 4 job resources), educational level and sex.

Purpose: Accurate preoperative localization is imperative to facilitate a minimally invasive parathyroidectomy (MIP) in primary hyperparathyroidism (pHPT). This study aims to compare the diagnostic value of standard-of-care localization techniques (ultrasound [US] and Technetium (Tc) -sestamibi scintigraphy) to [F-18]-fluorocholine positron emission tomography/magnetic resonance imaging (FCH-PET/MRI) to determine the additional clinical usefulness of PET/MRI in a Canadian cohort.

Methods: We conducted a prospective, appropriately powered, study to compare the diagnostic value of -FCH PET/MRI to that of the US and Tc-sestamibi scintigraphy for localization of parathyroid adenomas in a patient with pHPT.

Objective: For the general working population, robust evidence exists for associations between psychosocial work exposures and mental health. As this relationship is less clear for young workers, this systematic review aims at providing an overview of the evidence concerning psychosocial work factors affecting mental health of young workers.

Methods: The electronic databases used were PubMed, Web of Science, and PsycINFO and were last searched in October 2021.

Purpose: Oncology patients undergoing positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) occasionally show discrete adrenal [18F]-fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) uptake without an associated nodule on CT, leaving the clinician uncertain about the need to proceed with biopsy or surgical referral. This study aimed to identify the prevalence of this radiological finding and to evaluate the effectiveness of FDG uptake values in risk stratification for adrenal metastasis.

Methods: From 2014 to 2015, oncology patients who underwent FDG-PET/CT and demonstrated elevated FDG uptake in the adrenal gland without discrete nodularity on cross-sectional imaging were included in a retrospective cohort analysis.
