This paper provides an overview of the social reasons that lead women to consider egg cryopreservation, as well as the attitudes and knowledge of women towards this procedure. Methods: For the creation of this article, a literature review was carried out both in the existing medical literature and in search engines. The key points are as follows: (1) The main reasons women choose to delay childbearing are the lack of a suitable male partner, education and career advancement, and financial instability.

To assess the effect of hysteroscopic polypectomy on the in vitro fertilization (IVF) results in infertile women with at least one prior negative IVF outcome. This retrospective cohort study included women who had attended the "2nd Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens" and "Iaso" Maternity Hospital from October 2019 to January 2023 for infertility treatment. The medical records of 345 women aged 18-45 years old without abnormal findings in hysterosalpingography (HSG) and with at least one previous failed IVF procedure were analyzed.

This study explores the potential of neurotrophins, nerve growth factor (NGF), and brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) as urinary biomarkers in patients with OAB undergoing mirabegron therapy, a β3-adrenergic agonist. This investigation is aimed at providing insights into the potential of neurotrophins to enhance OAB diagnosis and assess treatment efficacy.
