Background: Posterior retroperitoneoscopic adrenalectomy (PRA) for isolated adrenal metastasis is minimally invasive, may prolong survival and improve quality of life. The current evidence base is scant.
Methods: A multi-site retrospective analysis of all cases of PRA for adrenal metastasis between 2011 and 2023, by four high-volume adrenal surgeons was performed.

Objective: Based on an analysis of modern medical literature, to study the main clinical characteristics of pain in patients with transitional lumbosacral vertebrae.
Material And Methods: A search was made for articles in the scientific electronic libraries CYBERLENINKA, eLIBRARY, Google Scholar, and the electronic database of biomedical publications PubMed. Sixty-eight scientific publications corresponded to the stated goal.
Aims: The aim of this retrospective study was to compare the functional and radiological outcomes of bridge plating, screw fixation, and a combination of both methods for the treatment of Lisfranc fracture dislocations.
Patients And Methods: A total of 108 patients were treated for a Lisfranc fracture dislocation over a period of nine years. Of these, 38 underwent transarticular screw fixation, 45 dorsal bridge plating, and 25 a combination technique.
Background: Maintenance of optimal vision during minimally invasive surgery is crucial to maintaining operative awareness, efficiency, and safety. Hampered vision is commonly caused by laparoscopic lens fogging (LLF), which has prompted the development of various antifogging fluids and warming devices. However, limited comparative evidence exists in contemporary literature.
