Introduction: Pediatric coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) vaccination rates in the United States remain lower compared with adults. We aimed to (1) implement a quality improvement initiative to increase COVID-19 vaccination 2-fold in hospitalized patients 12-21 years of age from 4.7% during the baseline period (August 10, 2021-November 1, 2021) to 9.

Yet, uncertainty in the projected carbon balance over the next century is roughly three-times greater for the tropics than other ecosystems. Our limited knowledge of tropical plant physiological responses, including photosynthetic, to climate change is a substantial source of uncertainty in our ability to forecast the global terrestrial carbon sink.

However, the drivers that constitute the species-specific plant elementome, as well as the bivariate bioelemental correlations in determining the stability of different bioelements are yet unclear. Based on 1058 leaf observations of 84 plant species from 232 wetlands across large environmental gradients, we found that bioelements with higher concentration were more stable and evolutionary constrained.
