[Gastrocardiac fistula after stomach resection].

A case of gastrocardiac fistula developing after gastrectomy is presented. After the operation the patient developed chronic inflammation in the upper part of the stomach which then spread to the diaphragm, pericardium and left ventricle leading to the formation of this fistula.
