Background And Objectives: Globally, the prevalence of diabetes and dental caries has been soaring high in recent times. There is a constant effort in the scientific community to develop a reliable and economic early predictor which can serve the purpose of mass screening of genetically vulnerable populations. The present study attempts to evaluate the different types of lip prints and finger prints in diabetes mellitus and dental caries and to see association between the most common diseases (diabetes mellitus and dental caries) if any.

Injection between the popliteal artery and the capsule of the knee (iPACK) provides analgesia to the posterior knee and, when combined with adductor canal block (ACB), can provide complete analgesia for knee surgery. A 4-in-1 block, a single injection, has been studied for analgesia in TKR but not ACL repair.

The purpose of this study was to characterize clinically significant PCa (csPCa) detected and not detected by PSMA PET/CT and mpMRI, focusing on tumors detected solely by PSMA PET/CT and overlooked by mpMRI. We conducted a single-center, retrospective analysis of patients who underwent both PSMA PET/CT and mpMRI within 3 mo of each other and before radical prostatectomy.

Although R-loop formation controls DNA damage response, mitochondrial and genomic transcription, and physiological R-loop formation, imbalanced formation of R-loop can jeopardize a cell's genomic integrity. Transcription regulation and immunoglobulin class switch recombination are two further specialized functions of genomic R-loops.
