[Gastric schwannoma. Apropos of 1 case].

The authors reported a case of stomach schwannoma. This observation is original by: it is the first case reported at Centre Hospitalier de Libreville, the absence of a precise preoperative diagnosis, the tumor's extraordinary dimensions, the difference between its rapid evolution and the absence of local malignancy criterious. This observation finally surprise medical staffs by the easiness of surgery and the simplicity of the operative suites.
