Data-driven models of neurons and circuits are important for understanding how the properties of membrane conductances, synapses, dendrites, and the anatomical connectivity between neurons generate the complex dynamical behaviors of brain circuits in health and disease. However, the inherent complexity of these biological processes makes the construction and reuse of biologically detailed models challenging. A wide range of tools have been developed to aid their construction and simulation, but differences in design and internal representation act as technical barriers to those who wish to use data-driven models in their research workflows.

Penicillin allergy labels have been associated with increased morbidity in the pregnant population, and penicillin allergy evaluation during pregnancy is now recognized as safe and effective. Yet, demographic characteristics associated with having a penicillin allergy label during pregnancy have not been studied.

Introduction: This study investigates the prevalence of stress and burnout among Physical Therapy Clinical Instructors (PT CIs) using the Perceived Stress Scale - 10 (PSS-10) and Oldenburg Burnout Inventory (OLBI) surveys. Given the critical role of PT CIs in student education, understanding their stress and burnout levels is essential.

Background: Aeroallergen testing can improve precision care for persistent asthma. How testing benefits diverse populations of adults with asthma and the importance of the aeroallergen sensitization and test modality used remain poorly understood.
Objective: We evaluated whether aeroallergen testing was associated with a reduction in oral corticosteroid (OCS) bursts.
Immunoglobulin A (IgA) is the most abundantly produced antibody in humans. IgA is a unique class of immunoglobulin due to its multiple molecular forms, and a defining difference between the two subclasses: IgA1 has a long hinge-region that is heavily O-glycosylated, whereas the IgA2 hinge-region is shorter but resistant to bacterial proteases prevalent at mucosal sites. IgA is essential for immune homeostasis and education.
