[Correction of endogenous poisoning in patients with peritonitis in gastric and intestinal tumors].

Peculiarities of endogenous intoxication in peritonitis in 63 patients with cancer of the stomach and intestine were studied. Three degrees of the intoxication syndrome severity were distinguished: the mild, moderate and severe ones. It is shown that the severity degree of intoxication depends on a phase of peritonitis, stage of tumorous process and state of anti-infective protection of an organism.
