Objective: To evaluate safety, efficacy, pre- and postoperative outcomes of vNOTES hysterectomy compared to conventional laparoscopic (CL) hysterectomy.
Material And Methods: This prospective study was conducted on patients who underwent CL or vNOTES hysterectomy for benign gynecological indications between January and July 2021. Sociodemographic, clinical, and surgical data were collected.

Method: This prospective cohort study included 41 low-risk pregnant women with fetus in singleton-vertex. The IU assessment to diagnose asynclitism was performed during labor at two specific steps, including the suspicion and/or diagnosis of labor arrest.
Purpose: The use of transvaginal natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery (vNOTES) as the first choice of surgical route for patients scheduled to undergo conventional laparoscopy is still being debated. We aimed to evaluate and compare the outcomes of the "vNOTES first" strategy in benign gynecological cases.
Methods: All benign gynecological surgeries were initiated using vNOTES during the study period, regardless of the difficulty.

The hospitalized pregnant women with COVID-19 diagnosis and maternal deaths were studied in relation with Delta and Omicron waves.
