Aims: This study aimed to determine the effect of web-designed education developed for asthma patients on drug adherence, asthma control and fatigue.

Methods: This randomized controlled trial was conducted between August 2021 and January 2022 with 200 individuals suffering from poor asthma control who participated in web-designed education. After the intervention, the asthma patients were followed up for 6 weeks to measure Medication Adherence Report Scale (MARS), Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and Asthma Fatigue Scale (CAFS), Asthma Control Test (ACT) and Inhalation Devices Usage Techniques Knowledge Test (IDUSTKT).
